Refund policy


We understand that sometimes a product just isn't the right fit for you. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy from the day of delivery. If, for any reason, you're not satisfied with your purchase, we'll gladly offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, simply make sure your item is unused and in its original packaging.

In order for your return to be successfully processed please input your email address that was used to place your order. You will be sent a 2 step authorization code that you will need to input to access the customer return portal. It is required to include in the return a printed copy of your order confirmation email or a handwritten note that includes your: Order #, First Name, and Last Name.

Please note that in our return procedure, items will not be refunded if the customer fails to include the necessary information such as order number, first name, and last name.

Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. Once the package is received you will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to process from date of our team receiving.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected the decision will be made to approve or deny your return. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at or call 888-645-9404.


Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
