We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. That's why we've established a hassle-free 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're more than happy to facilitate a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, please ensure that your item remains unused and in its original packaging.

We want to highlight that using these portals is the fastest and most convenient way to initiate a return. Emailing or calling our support team may result in a longer processing time for your return. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we're committed to making the return process as smooth as possible

In order for your return to be successfully processed please input your email address that was used to place your order. You will be sent a 2 step authorization code that you will need to input to access the customer return portal. It is required to include in the return a printed copy of your order confirmation email or a handwritten note that includes your: Order #, First Name, and Last Name.

Refund and Returns Policy - Import Duties & Taxes 

We are committed to providing you with exceptional products and services. We want to make your shopping experience as transparent and straightforward as possible. As part of our Refund and Returns Policy, please be aware that we do not accept returns for orders that incur import duties or taxes. When you place an order with us, it is essential to understand your country's import regulations and the potential duties and taxes that may apply to your purchase. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be imposed by your local customs authorities. At the time of checkout each customer is offered the option to prepay all Import Duties & Taxes.

Below is a brief summary of each shipping option for all orders shipped outside of the USA.

DHL Standard Delivery DDU - Customer responsible for duties & taxes due at delivery. 

We get the goods to your country, and you are responsible for customs clearance and any import-related costs.

DHL Priority DDP - Prepaid duties & taxes:

We deliver the goods to your location, covering all costs and taking care of all customs-related procedures, so you don't have to worry about anything. 

The option to choose between DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) and DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) is extended to every customer as part of our checkout process. This approach grants each customer the utmost autonomy and convenience in managing the delivery of their orders. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Domestic & International Return Shipping Costs

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Kindly ensure that your return is sent via a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Return Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. .

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected the decision will be made to approve or deny your return. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact an email at
