Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Justified Laboratories. We are a family business based in Dallas, Texas, and every order ships from our Dallas fulfillment facility.
Shipment processing time
Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to ship. Some products may be on back order; any item on back order shows an estimated shipment date on its product page. Delays can occur due to order volume, holidays, weather or other factors outside our control.
United States shipping rates and delivery estimates
- Orders $50.00 and over - FREE, 3 day delivery
- Orders under $50.00, up to 5 lb - $7.95 to $13.95, 3-5 business days
- Orders 5.01 lb and over - $16.95, 1-2 business days
Your exact shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. We do not offer expedited or overnight shipping.
International shipping
We ship to Canada and Mexico by Economy International at $19.95, with delivery in 6-10 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees. We do not ship to other countries at this time.
P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses
We ship to addresses within the United States, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking becomes active within 24 hours.
Damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged, contact us at service@justifiedlaboratories.com to file a claim. Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods until the claim is resolved. Damaged or defective items will be replaced.
Returns
You may return any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. See our Return Policy for full details.
