Shipment Processing Time

Please allow up to 24 hours for your  orders to ship out. All order placed after 3 PM EST will ship out the following business day.

USA Shipping Rates & Delivery estimates

3 Day Shipping: Free

2 Day Expedited Shipping $9.95

1 Day Overnight $29.95

Canada Shipping Rates & Delivery estimates 

5 Day DHL International Express: All orders shipped to Canada will be shipped via DHL International Express. The shipping cost will be determined at the time of checkout and is based on the shipping location and shipping rates at the time of purchase. 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Your shipment includes a tracking number it will be active within 24 hours.


If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly provide a refund, replacement, or an exchange. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late Refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund after 5 business days, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
