The Synapse tones down my ear ringing

I bought these from advice of a friend. She has been taken these for her tinnitus and she indicated her tinnitus after taking these was a lot less compared to what it was. I have been taking these for 5 days 1 in morning and 1 in evening and I have noticed less tinnitus noise. It is not completely gone, but has given me some relief.
